Born in 2019 in Larisa, Greece from people with vast experience in the food industry, Mama’s Pie aims to provide customers with unique and appetising baked pastry goods. Motivated by our love for the Greek gastronomic culture and a restless passion for innovation, we create with modern means, traditional pies as we learned in our home kitchen.

With dedication to our gastronomic tradition and the quality of homemade food we care to create pastry goods that bring taste to our busy lives and save us time. All our products are developed following traditional recipes from previous generations with the finest local ingredients. We want everyone to enjoy delicious homemade pies and we develop a variety of different products for every taste and eating habits.

Vision

Matured in Thessaly, a region famous for its pastry products, traditional pies have always had a special place in the family table. Nowadays by following the traditional recipes and carefully selected ingredients, we commit to provide you with nutritious and high quality products. Enriching the knowledge of our grandparents with professional know-how and modern production means we created the first patented baked & frozen pie. A pie that holds all the love a mother puts when cooking for her beloved ones and the passion of a visionary for creation and evolution.

Innovation

What makes Mama’s Pie products unique is that there are baked & frozen. This means that the pie can be served when defrosted after allowing the pie to thaw overnight in the fridge for 6-8 hours  Alternatively, straight from the freezer the pie can be placed in pre-heated oven and heated for approximately 20 mins.

Our company collaborates with the University of Thessaly to constantly develop the product range while maintaining the highest levels of quality. This led us to produce a unique of its kind product patented from the Greek Industrial Property Organisation no: 1009490

Facilities & Certificates

Based on our continuous ambition for growth and development, in 2022 we moved our headquarters to the 15th km of Larissa – Agia. The new production facilities, a total area of 2000 sq.m. fully equipped with up-to-date manufacturing means, respond to our constantly growing production, storage and distribution needs. In collaboration with the University of Thessaly we develop and apply integrated quality and food safety management systems according to FSSC 22000
