Filo dough (55%): Wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, salt
Filling (45%): Spinach 34%, onion, PDO feta cheese (26%) [pasteurized goat and sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacteria culture], onion, leek, sunflower oil, pasteurized egg, salt, dill
Produced in a facility that uses mustard, sesame, soy products, egg and sulfites.

Defrost product in refrigerator at temperature 1-5°C for 10-12 hours. Remove outer packaging and tear the tray’s shrink film. Heat the desired quantity in a preheated fan oven (or in an air fryer) for 4-6 minutes at 180°C.
Alternatively, to serve the product directly from the freezer, remove outer packaging and inner film and place the tray in a preheated fan oven for 25-30 minutes at 180°C. Product can also be consumed cold upon defrosting.
Please note that heating times are indicative and will depend on the performance of your cooking appliance.
Store in freezer (***) -18°C see best before, in refrigerator at temperature 1-5°C for 96 hours (4 days).
Attention: Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
